Transition Brockville is currently operating as an informal community of members.
Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is composed of 3 to 5 volunteers meeting at minimum once a month. It provides direction for Transition Brockville, and handles day-to-day tasks. The Steering Committee operates at the pleasure of the general membership.

Coordinator
The Coordinator is also a volunteer. He/she is a de facto member of the Steering Committee, and handles the day-to-day tasks of the committee.

Projects
Projects can be proposed by any members. They can be executed entirely by Transition Brockville, or in partnership with other community organizations. Project approval depends on resource availability and potential impacts as assessed by the Steering Committee.
Project Leads
Each project is managed by a volunteer Project Lead, who is the "driver" of the project, drafting the project plan, coordinating project activities, and reporting on progress to the Steering Committee. The Project Lead requires the approval of the Steering Committee before making any commitments on behalf of Transition Brockville.
